Or equivalent experience.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet\n\nDetail-oriented approach with a strong work ethic\n\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as a self-starter\n\nAbility to remain flexible, organized, and responsive to changing priorities\n\nAbility to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment\n\nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship\n\nPreferred\nAutoCAD experience\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide high-quality project support while balancing multiple, deadline-driven tasks\n\nPerform due diligence activities related to land and right of way projects, including easement review, landowner parcel research, and access agreement negotiation\n\nInterface with company clients as needed\n\nMaintain project and work management databases and generate periodic performance reports\n\nCreate, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project\n\nAssist Project Managers with project budget setup, change orders, and close-out forms using ERM’s Global Project Management System (BST database)\n\nProvide operational support to Partners and Project Managers, including sales and budget reporting, opportunity tracking, cadence call coordination and follow-up, and action item tracking\n\nComplete work assignments on time and in alignment with ERM’s formatting and quality standards\n\nFor the Consulting Senior Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator position, the anticipated annual base pay is $68,117-$79,821 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
