Through collaboration and continuous learning, you will strengthen our culture and create opportunities that support long-term success for both clients and the firm.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in technical safety and risk projects involving risk analysis, modelling, and calculations.\nPerform technically sound analysis based on defensible data and reasoned arguments.\nSupport development of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) models using Excel spreadsheets.\nAssist in fire and explosion modelling, gas and smoke dispersion modelling using CFD or empirical tools.\nConduct risk calculations (e.g., probability of events occurring) and non-flammable hazard analysis.\nContribute to Escape, Temporary Refuge, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (ETRERA) for offshore facilities.\nParticipate in safety workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, ALARP) as a scribe and assist in client reporting.\nPrepare sections of safety cases and high-quality reports with clear diagrams and explained calculations.\nSupport proposal preparation and attend client meetings as required\nEnsure adherence to Health and Safety protocols in all project activities.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree or professional registration is a plus).\n1-5 years in safety and risk analysis projects.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.\nCommitment to safety and willingness to travel for project needs.\nAPAC Ready to Lead Way\nAt ERM, your work creates impact that matters, helping global organizations tackle the most pressing sustainability challenges while shaping a better future for communities and the environment.
