covering both front-end user experiences and backend services - to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure digital products.\n\n- This role focuses on developing production-ready Python FastAPI services, React/Next.js front-end applications, and API-driven integrations across enterprise systems.\n\n- The engineer will contribute to building maintainable, testable, and secure solutions that align with ERM's engineering standards.\n\nWhat you'll bring : \n\nEducation & Experience : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n- 5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments.\n\n- Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end applications -
