Projects may include cyclical people initiatives such as employee engagement survey action planning, responses to new legislative requirements such as pay transparency implementing new processes or technology such as time and attendance, and supporting wider HR change and transformation programmes.\nYou will manage assigned projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation, handover and closure. The role offers an opportunity to work across countries and teams, building regional experience and make a significant and lasting contribution to HR delivery and initiatives across EMEA.\nImmediate projects include Partner on-boarding and ERM Connect implementation.\nKey responsibilitie s\nLead assigned HR projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation, handover and closure.\nDefine project objectives, scope, deliverables, governance and measures of success.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resources and communications.\nCoordinate project activity across business leaders, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, HR Operations and other relevant teams.\nPrepare clear and concise project updates, presentations, recommendations and decision points for project sponsors and stakeholders.\nAnalyse people and project data to identify insights, risks and opportunities (risk/decision logs, escalating concerns, proposing solutions promptly etc)\nAssess the people, process, data and technology impacts of proposed changes.\nDevelop stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption activities.\nMonitor project progress, implementation outcomes, adoption and benefits, taking action where required to keep delivery on track\nConnect with relevant parties to ensure regional projects appropriately consider local legislation, including data privacy requirements.\nCapture lessons learned to ensure completed project transition into business as usual.\nEssential experience and skills\nDemonstrable experience of managing projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation and closure.\nExperience of supporting or delivering HR, people, organisational change or transformation projects.\nStrong project planning, prioritisation, governance and problem-solving skills.\nThe ability to deliver multiple projects and priorities within agreed timescales.\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills.\nThe ability to build effective working relationships across different levels, countries and functions within a matrix organisation.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into practical recommendations.\nClear and confident written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain sight of the wider project objective\nA collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach with the ability to identify risks and issues early and provide solutions.\nThe ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.\nWe’re looking for someone who can bring structure to complex projects, build strong relationships and, importantly, turn plans into delivery\nDesirable Experience\nExperience of working in an EMEA, international or multinational environment.\nGood understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes\nExperience of Workday or comparable HR system experience.\nExperience of using technology and AI responsibly to support project delivery and continuous improvement.\nPractical project management experience.\n⠀\nERM is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, it’s an essential part of what makes ERM a great place to build a career and helps us create better solutions for our clients.\nWe welcome talent from all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities for every candidate.
