decision-making and transparency.\n\nWhat you'll bring?\n14+ years of experience in R2R, accounting operations, controllership, or audit.\n\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA).\n\nStrong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.\n\nExperience managing global month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet controls.\n\nProven experience leading process transitions, transformation projects, or ERP implementations.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.\n\nExperience with reconciliation governance, intercompany accounting, and audit support.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.\n\nExperience with OneStream, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and reporting tools.\n\nPreferred qualifications, skills & competencies:\nExperience within a shared services or Global Capability Center (GCC/GDC) environment.\n\nExposure to OneStream, Power Automate, Power BI, or other automation tools.\n\nExperience supporting global finance transformation programs.\n\nKnowledge of internal controls, SOX, and compliance frameworks.\n\nExperience working across multiple regions and legal entities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead global month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting activities.\n\nEnsure journal entry governance, accrual accounting, and balance sheet controls are executed effectively.\n\nManage close calendars, reporting timelines, and chart of accounts harmonization initiatives.\n\nSupport internal and external audits by maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant documentation.\n\nDrive process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements through OneStream and Power Automate.\n\nPartner with FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls, and regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.\n\nMonitor KPIs and reporting metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.\n\nLead, coach, and develop R2R team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous
