Study support can also be offered for those wishing to take up a formal qualification, or part-way through.\nDuties of the role include:\nAssist with monthly & year end management accounts processes including pre flash, flash, and close for Northern European org codes / Business Units.\nPreparation/review of all key balance sheet recs, liaising with team to clear unreconciled items.\nPreparation of overhead reports, discussing variances with support service budget holders on a regular basis.\nAssist with the annual budget process\nPeriodic and ad hoc Forecasting and Analysis.\nProvision of support for proposals providing financial info as needed.\nUK, EU & Ireland compliance - VAT returns, CIS returns, National Statistics returns.\nIntercompany reconciliations and liaising with other ERM OpCo’s regarding intercompany reporting, invoicing and settlements.\nInfluencing and showing leadership for the more junior members of staff to drive up financial accuracy and processes.\n⠀\nERM is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, it’s an essential part of what makes ERM a great place to build a career and helps us create better solutions for our clients.\nWe welcome talent from all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities for every candidate.
