If you are a highly motivated and results-orientated person looking to make your mark in a leading environmental consultancy, then we would like to hear from you!\nThis is an excellent career opportunity for a senior-level professional looking to advance their career with a global environmental leader, and to make a significant impact in successfully implementing ERM's global strategy.\nRole Responsibilities:\nDeliver emission estimation inventories, odour and air quality modelling assessments;\nWrite technical environmental reports, effective proposals, and tenders;\nPlan projects with a range of complexity and scale;\nAchieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality;\nLead client-focused air permitting and compliance strategies for industrial facilities, addressing complex regulatory and technical issues while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting operational flexibility;\nDevelop and expand client relationships that support repeat business, identifying and developing new opportunities;\nCapitalize on existing client relationships to expand ERM’s profile and market share in the regional air quality market (through a combination of excellence in technical delivery and business development);\nMentor team members in the proper planning and execution of air quality projects, and conduct independent technical reviews of deliverable work products;\nSupport the general growth and development of ERM’s global air quality services;\nCollaborate with other ERM global practitioners to execute air quality projects.\nRequirements:\nBS/MS in engineering (chemical, mechanical, environmental), environmental science, or related degree.\n8+ years of relevant experience in air quality/compliance consulting.\nWell established reputation and recognized technical expertise by the marketplace.\nProven experience completing emission inventories and air quality modelling assessments.\nTechnical expertise such as WRF modelling, RStudio programming is desirable.\nProven experience in business development for large air quality/regulatory compliance contracts, with the ability to contribute to ERM’s annual sales goals.\nExcellent communication (written/verbal), strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation, and “people” skills.\nPositive outlook, collaborative, and driven by the success of ERM as a global company.\nAuthorisation to work in Australia.\nWho We Are:\nAs the world’s leading sustainability consulting firm, ERM is uniquely positioned to contribute to the environment and society through the expertise and energy of our employees worldwide.
