Or equivalent experience\n4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation/remediation projects (7+ years preferred)\nStrong project management skills with the ability to lead moderate to complex technical/regulatory projects\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nEnvironmental field experience and 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification\nDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area\nCommitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols\nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship\nPreferred:\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or a reciprocity state (or ability to obtain soon)\nExperience with innovative remediation technologies and high-resolution site characterization\nProven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and execute site investigation and remediation projects across soil, groundwater, and sediments\nPlan and oversee field activities, including sampling, drilling, monitoring well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction\nInterpret environmental data, develop conceptual site models, and prepare technical reports and work plans\nEvaluate remedial alternatives and support clients in achieving cost-effective regulatory closure strategies\nDesign and implement innovative remediation approaches, including bench-scale and pilot testing\nMentor and guide junior team members while effectively delegating work\nPrepare proposals, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to business development initiatives\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes\nWho We Are:\nAs the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, we partner with the world’s leading organizations, creating innovative solutions to sustainability challenges and unlocking commercial opportunities that meet the needs of today while preserving opportunity for future generations.\nAt ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.
