Or equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation and remediation\n\nProfessional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in NJ or reciprocity\n\nNew Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) (active)\n\nProven project management skills with CERCLA/RCRA/state program experience.\n\nStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.\n\nOSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and valid driver’s license.\n\nAbility to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.\n\nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with environmental data management systems (e.g., EQuIS).\n\nAdvanced technical writing and proposal development skills.\n\nFamiliarity with innovative remediation technologies and high-resolution site characterization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and execute complex site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation projects for clients in manufacturing, power, chemical, oil & gas, and technology sectors.\n\nPlan and oversee field activities including sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction.\n\nAnalyze environmental data, develop conceptual site models, and prepare technical reports and work plans.\n\nDesign and implement remediation strategies using traditional and emerging technologies.\n\nMentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts to deliver exceptional client value.\n\nPrepare winning proposals and actively participate in business development.\n\nBuild strong relationships with clients, regulators, and subcontractors to ensure project success.\n\nFor the Managing Consultant, Engineer/Geologist/Scientist Project Manager position, the anticipated annual base pay is $105,400 -$142,900 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
