You will provide technical leadership, manage project delivery, mentor junior staff, and work closely with regional teams and clients to ensure high-quality project outcomes. This role is critical in driving delivery excellence, maintaining technical quality, and supporting business growth initiatives.\nWhat your impact is?\nLeading multidisciplinary investigation and remediation projects.\nProviding technical guidance and mentoring junior geologists and consultants.\nManaging project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.\nSupporting proposal development and business development activities.\nDriving technical quality, consistency, and innovation across project delivery.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nStrong understanding of contaminated land assessment, hydrogeology, remediation, and environmental consulting practices.\nWorking knowledge of international regulations, industry guidance documents, and best practice standards.\nProven experience in managing project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.\nStrong technical report writing and data interpretation capabilities.\nPreferred:\nExperience managing large and complex site investigation, hydrogeological assessment, and remediation projects.\nExperience with groundwater flow and contaminant transport\nmodelling.\nExperience supporting multinational clients across various industry sectors.\nUnderstanding of ESG, due diligence, and environmental liability assessments.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage and deliver contaminated land, hydrogeological, and remediation projects from planning through completion.\nLead technical interpretation of geological, hydrogeological, and environmental datasets.\nReview technical reports, conceptual site models, and risk assessments and provide recommendations to support senior technical review and approval.\nManage project budgets, resources, schedules, and quality assurance processes.\nSupervise field investigations, subcontractors, and project teams.\nMentor and provide technical oversight to junior staff.\nPrepare and review fee proposals, scopes of work, and technical methodologies.\nSupport client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.\nEnsure compliance with ERM quality, health, safety, and risk management requirements.\nContribute to technical excellence initiatives and knowledge-sharing programs.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.\n7-10 years of relevant consulting experience.\nStrong experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation.\nDemonstrated project management experience.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong client communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.\nExperience with industry-standard modelling and GIS software is
