Your work will directly contribute to both project success and ERM's broader global strategy.\nWhat Your Impact Is\nLead the successful delivery of capital development projects across the energy sector by managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and project risk.\n\nProvide strategic permitting and environmental impact assessment guidance for complex infrastructure and energy projects.\n\nServe as a trusted client advisor throughout project lifecycles, from proposal development through project execution and delivery.\n\nSupport the advancement of low carbon and energy transition projects that are reshaping the industry.\n\nStrengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services and support commercial growth.\n\nHelp develop and mentor team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing project environment.\n\nInfluence the successful delivery of projects involving oil and gas pipelines, LNG facilities, low carbon capital development, solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, energy storage, and transmission.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years of experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially within the energy sector.\n\nDemonstrated project management and leadership skills.\n\nExperience managing projects with multidisciplinary teams and balancing multiple priorities, workstreams, and deadlines.\n\nExperience managing and performing multi-media permitting associated with capital development projects.\n\nStrong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting requirements and regulatory processes.\n\nDemonstrated understanding of the energy regulatory environment, key regulatory agencies, and current and emerging issues.\n\nStrong analytical, technical writing, presentation, and client communication skills.\n\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work products.\n\nAbility to work independently while leading project teams and driving project execution.\n\nExperience supporting commercial success through identifying client opportunities, proposal development, and cross-selling multidisciplinary services.\n\nExperience with line management and/or contributing to the professional development of team members.\n\nEnthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, and a desire to work within a growing team.\n\nDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.\n\nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.\n\nPreferred\n7+ years of experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially within the energy sector.\n\nImpact Assessment expertise, including NEPA EA/EIS, FERC, or similar agency experience.\n\nUSACE and NEPA expertise, including experience with FERC permitting and EIS development.\n\nFamiliarity with Texas and Louisiana state permitting requirements.\n\nESHIA (Environmental, Social, and Health Impact Assessment) experience.\n\nUnderstanding of ERM's Diversified Energy Sector and the companies operating in this market, including existing relationships that can be leveraged into new business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and help manage large, complex, multidisciplinary, and global projects.\n\nDemonstrate strong project management leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including project scoping, budget management, scheduling, and delivery oversight.\n\nManage and perform multi-media permitting associated with capital development projects, with an emphasis on local, state, and federal permitting requirements.\n\nEnsure compliance with regulations administered by agencies such as:\nU.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)\n\nU.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS)\n\nFederal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)\n\nBureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM)\n\nProvide technical, subject matter, and project management expertise related to:\nPermitting strategies\n\nDue diligence reviews\n\nEnvironmental critical issues assessments\n\nImpact assessment deliverables\n\nQuality control reviews\n\nApply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex project challenges.\n\nPrepare and deliver high-quality technical reports, presentations, and client communications.\n\nBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and business partners.\n\nContribute to proposal development, project pursuits, and broader business development initiatives.\n\nCollaborate across ERM's regional
