While deep technical expertiseis supported by ERM’s specialist teams, the role requires the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into strategic, client-focused solutions.\nThis position is primarily client- and market-facing, with a strong emphasis on business development, key account management, and growth of ERM’s services in the crop protection and broader chemicals sector. The Partner will be responsible foridentifyingopportunities, shaping proposals, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders across industry.\nThe role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across sectors including industrial chemicals, manufacturing (durable and consumer products), energy, and pharmaceuticals/healthcare.\nFamiliarity with international regulatory frameworks (e.g., TSCA, FIFRA, OSHA, UN GHS) and awareness of emerging market registration schemes would be considered advantageous.\nRole profile\nIn this client-facing role, the Partner will be responsible forbusiness development to grow our Sustainable Product & Supply Chain business through a variety of services, e.g. substance registration, Crop Protection-authorisation, integrated Product Stewardship services including regulatory support, strategy developmentand auditing.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement strategic business plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team and client base\nDrive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery and market engagement\nAs a senior ‘seller/doer’,personally win project work annually with support from peers, account directorsand technical experts. This would be achieved through identification and development of new opportunities, effective technical proposals, and development of new business with new and existing clients\nBe client facing, with a proven track recordof developing Key Client relationships to meet business development needs\nDesign and direct large projects and multi-person project teams.
