Working closely with Project Managers, Partners in Charge, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with client expectations. This role is critical in driving project performance, supporting informed decision-making through data and reporting, and enhancing the scalability and consistency of project delivery across ERM's global business.\nWhat your impact is?\nDrive successful project execution by tracking project performance, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple engagements.\nProvide timely project insights, reports, and dashboards that enable project leadership to make informed business and delivery decisions.\nStrengthen project governance and compliance through effective management of approvals, risk registers, change controls, and project setup processes.\nImprove commercial and financial performance by supporting project scoping, resource planning, budgeting, invoicing, and contract administration activities.\nEnhance collaboration across global teams by facilitating project communications, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination throughout the project lifecycle.\nContribute to consistent, high-quality project delivery by supporting best practices, mentoring junior team members, and promoting continuous improvement in project management processes.\nWhat will you bring?\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.\n5-8 years of project management experience.\nStrong understanding of contracts and project management processes.\nExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Applications and MS Project.\nEffective and professional communication with employees and clients.\nAbility to work with minimal direction in a highly collaborative manner.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nPrior experience in environmental, sustainability, or infrastructure projects is a plus.\nPreferred skills & competencies\nExperience working within environmental, sustainability, infrastructure, or engineering consulting projects.\nExposure to global delivery, shared services, or matrixed organizational environments.\nFamiliarity with project financial management systems, reporting tools, and contract management processes.\nKnowledge of project risk assessment, change management, and governance share knowledge, and actively participate in team and community activities.\nCommercial Leadership\nSupport proposal development including scoping and resourcing plan development.\nLead in preparing comprehensive cost estimates using ERM’s Value Pricing Platform.\nReview contract details and maintain requirements register.\nEngage with marketing team in proposal development.\nDetermine staffing availability and support project set up documentation.\nCurate required contract documentation and initiate project set up upon client authorization.\nProject Management\nSupport multiple projects through tracking project status, financials, resources, deliverables, and invoicing.\nLead project tracking meetings, budget reviews, and risk management review activities.\nPrepare clear project reports and dashboards and use data insights to inform the Project Leadership in decision making.\nPartner with Project Managers to support project reporting and delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPI).\nDevelop scopes and budgets for repeat work.\nBuild strong delivery relationships with resources across the company.\nProject Delivery\nDraft a Project Management Plan/Project Execution Plan and review with Partner in Charge (PIC) and Project Manager (PM).\nSupport the development of project schedule.\nConduct project status check-ins, weekly finance reviews, and share insights with PM for monthly PIC/PM reviews.\nIdentify and record out-of-scope work in a Management of Change register.\nCollaborate with PIC and PM to identify and create change orders for additional scope.\nSupport engagement of subcontractors and bill contractors ahead of time to reduce project cash flow restrictions.\nFacilitate technical reviews, project updates, and final delivery to meet client expectations.\nLead the preparation of invoicing per schedule and track payments, following up on payment issues if required.\nConfirm client receipt and approval of invoices and escalate issues to the PIC and PM as needed.\nBuild trust through accurate, timely support and transparent communication.\nFacilitate internal and/or client kick-off meetings, distribute team briefs, and maintain channels of communication between Project Leadership and team.\nEnsure all governance approvals and accurate project system set up.\nSupport Risk Management processes and execution through preparation, review, and maintenance of a risk register.\nComplete change management and support risk assessments (Project Risk Reviews
