The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial statements while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Month-End Close & Reporting\nPerform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.\n\nPrepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.\n\nAnalyze financial results and variances vs. budget/forecast.\n\n2. General Ledger (GL) Accounting\nMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.\n\nReview and validate entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.\n\nSupport chart of accounts maintenance and mapping activities.\n\n3. Balance Sheet Reconciliations\nPerform reconciliations for bank, intercompany, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other key accounts.\n\nInvestigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.\n\nMaintain documentation as per audit and policy requirements.\n\n4. Intercompany Activities\nProcess intercompany billings, settlements, and confirmations.\n\nResolve mismatches and discrepancies working with global teams.\n\n5. Fixed Assets Accounting (if applicable)\nMaintain asset register and execute capitalization/disposals.\n\nProcess depreciation runs and reconciles fixed asset schedules.\n\n6.
