Candidates may be contacted when suitable opportunities become available.**\nSAP EHS, Product Compliance, & Sustainability Senior Developer -\nWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP Developer with strong experience in ABAP development and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support our sustainability and product compliance client project delivery and solution enhancement initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of traditional SAP development skills and modern cloud integration/UI capabilities, enabling innovative solutions for SAP EHS and Product Compliance within S/4HANA.\nEducation, Training & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent required.\n\n5 to 10 years’ SAP developer experience - consulting and / or industry - chemicals / pharma and manufacturing preferred.\n\nDegree and / or formal training in chemistry, industrial hygiene, global chemical product compliance regulations strong plus and related fields is a strong plus.\n\nRequired Experience:\nHands-on experience with SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Product Compliance modules.\n\nUnderstanding of sustainability reporting, product stewardship, and compliance frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS, GHS).\n\nExperience in integrating sustainability solutions with SAP BTP applications.\n\nTechnical Competence:\nSAP S/4HANA & CDS\n\nCore ABAP\n\nSAP Business Technology Platform (Cloud)\n\nWebdynpro / FPM ABAP\n\nObject Oriented ABAP\n\nSAP Fiori\n\nSAP OData\n\nAdobe Forms\n\nHTML5 / JAVASCRIPT\n\nSAP Module Development Experience\nSAP Product Compliance (mandatory)\n\nSAP PRC (Discrete Manufacturing) (preferred)\n\nSAP EHS (preferred)\n\nSAP Sustainability Suite (RDP, SFM, SCT) (preferred)\n\nSAP SCM (Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM)) (preferred)\n\nSAP PLM Recipe Development (supplemental)\n\nSAP Global Trade Services (GTS) (supplemental)\n\nSAP Plant Maintenance (supplemental)\n\nSolution Development:\nStrong knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData services, and integration with Fiori/UI5 apps.\n\nSAP BTP & Cloud Development:\nHands-on experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry), CAP, Node.js, and DevOps pipelines.\n\nExperience in building integrations between SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications.\n\nUI/UX Development:\nProficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.\n\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications:\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, global teams.\n\nSelf-motivated, schedule conscious and deliverable driven\n\nSAP EHS Product Compliance Architecture skills - WWI / GenPC, Expert, OCC / ADM / Cloud Loader\n\nSAP EHS Product Compliance Content SME - 3E ERC+, SPRC Content Yordis/Opesus and/or CDX/SAP\n\nWho We Are:\nAs the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, we partner with the world’s leading organizations, creating innovative solutions to sustainability challenges and unlocking commercial opportunities that meet the needs of today while preserving opportunity for future generations.\nAt ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.
