Your work will help maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards-directly contributing to client satisfaction and ERM’s reputation for excellence.\nWhat Your Impact Is\nAssist with project coordination from proposal through closure, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.\nMaintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards for accurate reporting.\nSupport financial processes, including invoicing schedules, accruals, and cost tracking.\nFacilitate meeting logistics, prepare agendas/minutes, and follow up on action items.\nHelp enforce health, safety, and compliance standards across project activities.\nCollaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to keep deliverables on track.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n7+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn project management tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
