Your work will support ERM Project Managers and Partners-in-Charge in delivering exceptional value to clients.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nRequired\nBS in biology, environmental studies, or related science degree, or equivalent experience. \n3 to 4 years of relevant environmental experience or professional internships. \nMinimum 3.0 GPA. \nStrong commitment to safety. \nEffective written and verbal communication and organizational/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus. \nStrong hands-on spreadsheet and database comprehension. \nDetail-oriented with mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. \nAbility to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision. \nDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. \nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. \nPreferred\nLocal candidates preferred. \nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical assistance on environmental impact assessments and renewable energy and sustainability-related projects. \nPrepare plans, permits, and reports for wetlands, storm water, NPDES, and wastewater programs for renewable energy and associated electric transmission projects. \nPerform environmental compliance assessments and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. \nConduct field work, including ecological field studies. \nProvide general environmental compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance, as needed. \nCompile and evaluate data and assist in report preparation. \nPerform project tasks within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables. \nSupport ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client value on projects. \nFor the Senior Consultant, Scientist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $80,100-$102,400 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
