You will work in close partnership with hiring managers and business leaders within India, North America and EMEA to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent into ERM’s Global Services. This role is critical to enabling the growth and success of our global service centre, while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiencies and scalable recruitment solutions that support volume hiring without compromising quality or candidate experience.\nAs a solution-focused Talent Acquisition leader, you will translate business priorities into actionable talent acquisition strategies, driving execution through your team. Evidence of career progression, increased responsibilities, and promotions within a single organisation is particularly attractive, as it reflects both strong performance and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nSignificant Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a complex, matrix organisation, with a track record of supporting global stakeholders and business functions.\nExperience leading through others, with the ability to develop Talent Acquisition leaders, build high-performing teams and drive accountability across a recruitment function.\nStrong strategic thinking capability, combined with the ability to translate strategy into pragmatic, deliverable solutions that drive business results.\nProven experience operating in fast-paced, evolving or scale-up environments, building processes, structures and operating models that enable growth.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and partner with senior leaders across different regions, cultures and business priorities.\nThe ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and bring clarity and structure.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, insights and market intelligence to influence.\nExperience producing executive-level reporting and translating complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders\nA continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and scalability through process improvement and technology.\nResilience, commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges, think ahead and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.\nPreferred:\nMinimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition leadership and management roles.\nExperience partnering with executive and senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.\nExperience of managing Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters.\nExposure to global delivery or GCC environments with proven track record.\nStrong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms, including Workday and Gem.\nExperience using automation, analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.\nExperience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards and governance updates for senior leadership audiences.\nStrong understanding of recruitment delivery models, including in-house, RPO and outsourced recruitment partnerships.\nExperience hiring within professional services, consulting, engineering, technology or other knowledge-based organisations.\nKey responsibilities:\nDefine and execute the Global Services talent acquisition strategy, ensuring hiring plans support business growth, workforce priorities and future capability needs.\nLead, coach and develop Talent Acquisition leaders and teams, building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nPartner with senior business and HR stakeholders to understand talent requirements, influence workforce decisions and deliver effective hiring solutions.\nEstablish and optimise scalable recruitment processes, governance and operating standards that drive consistency, quality and efficiency.\nDevelop and implement talent attraction strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and improve access to critical and hard-to-find skills.\nPrepare and present talent acquisition performance updates, reporting and insights to business and HR leadership, providing visibility of hiring progress, risks, challenges and opportunities.\nChampion the adoption of recruitment technology, automation and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.\nPromote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring every interaction reflects ERM's values and employer brand.\nDiscover Life at ERM\nCurious about our culture and what makes ERM a great place to grow your career?
