The role supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations through mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation troubleshooting. We currently have opportunities on 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm to 7am) MONDAY to FRIDAY.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nDiagnose issues involving motors, drives, sensors, relays, conveyors, material handling equipment, and PLC-controlled machinery.\nExecute preventive and predictive maintenance activities and document work in the CMMS.\nConduct inspections of bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, lubrication systems, and wiring.\nSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist with equipment upgrades, installations, and contractor coordination.\nMaintain a clean work area and support 5S activities.\nFollow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and NFPA 70E safety requirements.\nQualifications\nQualifications & Experience\n3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.\nExperience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.\nAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and work instructions.\nCMMS experience preferred.\nPLC troubleshooting experience preferred; programming not required.\nTechnical trade school, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related certification preferred.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nLift up to 50 lbs.\nStand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.\nWork in an industrial manufacturing environment.\nOvertime, call-ins, and occasional weekends may be required.\nWhy Join ERMCO\nAt ERMCO, you’ll build a career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and growth.
