Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.\nMathematical Skills:\nAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.\nPreferred Skills:\nBasic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard computer systems and applications. \nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nLift/carry/stoop - employee occasionally required to stand, walk, lift, and carry, turns around and restock parts/materials from a parts ben no more than twice per day.\nSit - employee regularly sits for extended periods.\nPacks out boxes with finished parts and lifts completed boxes and places on pallets.\nUse of hands/fingers - the employees require constant use of hands and fingers to place parts in the rivet machine. \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. \nThe employee frequently is required to sit. \nThe employee is occasionally required to stand, walk to and from the break room, to and from the time clock, occasionally walking to restock parts, occasionally reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. \n The employee is required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 lbs. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\nWork Environment:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
