This role supports uninterrupted plant operations by maintaining production machinery, performing preventive and predictive maintenance routines, and ensuring equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nEquipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting\nPerform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production equipment, transformers component winding machines, presses, slitting machines, molding equipment, cutting tools, conveyors, and assembly systems.\nDiagnose issues involving motors, drives, PLC-controlled systems, sensors, relays, mechanical linkages, and material handling equipment.\nConduct machine repairs, adjustments, and part replacements to minimize downtime.\nPreventive & Predictive Maintenance\nComplete scheduled PM tasks using CMMS or assigned logs and ensure proper equipment documentation.\nInspect and test equipment components such as bearings, belts, gearboxes, drives, lubrication systems, and wiring.\nAssist in the implementation of root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.\nElectrical Responsibilities\nPerform low-voltage electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC circuits, motors, sensors, controls).\nAssist with calibration, wiring, and testing of control panels, actuators, limit switches, and safety devices.\nSupport contractors and engineering resources on upgrades or installations.\nMechanical Functions\nRepair or rebuild mechanical components including gearboxes, rollers, chains, pumps, actuators, and alignment systems.\nFabricate and install basic brackets, guards, jigs, or light welds as needed.\nUtilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and torque/measuring instruments.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow OSHA, LOTO, NFPA 70E and company safety policies at all times.\nParticipate in safety audits, hazard reporting, and corrective action implementation.\nMaintain a clean and organized maintenance work area and support 5S initiatives.\nQualifications\nQualifications & Experience\n3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; transformer, electrical components, metals, machining, or molding environment preferred.\nSolid working knowledge of both mechanical systems and electrical control systems.\nExperience troubleshooting equipment such as:\nWinders, slitters, presses, annealing and cutting lines\nInjection molding or metal forming equipment\nConveying and material handling systems\nFamiliarity with PLC-based machines (troubleshooting I/O preferred;
