Operators follow ERMCO’s core values while supporting the company’s mission to deliver reliable, sustainable products.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you will do\nUnderstand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions for operating processes, equipment, and part production. Perform safe start-up, operation, tool changes, and shutdown of equipment. Repeatedly lift and move material weighing 50+ lbs. with or without assistance from lifting devices. Handle metal parts and materials, use hand and power tools, assemble and form silicon and amorphous cores, ensure parts conform to ERMCO standards, and follow all ERMCO safety policies and procedures. Some heavy lifting involved.
