We’re looking for a Client Automation Specialist to join our Denver Division, someone who thrives on hands-on technical work, enjoys being on the road, and takes pride in helping clients keep their operations running smoothly.\nAs a key member of the Ernest team, you’ll be the trusted expert supporting our clients who purchase or lease packaging and warehouse equipment. You’ll install, service, and maintain machinery, diagnose and repair issues, and provide the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner closely with sales reps and customers to provide expert equipment and machinery knowledge.\nFacilitate and oversee installation and start-up of newly sold equipment.\nProvide warranty service and support on equipment sold.\nTrain customers on proper care, operation, and maintenance of their equipment.\nMaintain, modify, and repair client equipment as needed.\nEnsure accurate billing for all services performed.\nMaintain organized customer service records for all clients using Ernest equipment.\nCommunicate important customer needs or issues to management as discovered during service calls.\nPromote and sell Preventative Maintenance Programs to clients using Ernest equipment.\nManage the ordering and inventory of spare and replacement parts.\nStay current with and train on new equipment lines carried by Ernest.\nMaintain and inspect demo equipment, keeping detailed reports for every use.\nWhat You Bring\nExceptional customer service and communication skills, you’re as comfortable in front of a client as you are behind a toolbox.\nStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.\nSelf-motivated and organized; you can prioritize work independently in the field.\nProven ability to identify and resolve problems quickly, minimizing client downtime.\nElectrical and mechanical experience gained through the U.S. military or equivalent training.\nAbility to source parts from multiple vendors as needed.\nProficiency in reading equipment and electrical schematics/drawings.\nSkilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.\nComfortable making equipment recommendations and presentations to clients.\nAdaptable to varied work environments, from warehouse floors to outdoor installations.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (as required by state or location).\nWhy Ernest\nAt Ernest, your work goes beyond machinery, it’s about connection.
