We invite dedicated professionals to join our collaborative environment where commitment to employee growth and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything we do.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable Inside Sales candidate who matches products to customer needs and prepares winning proposals. This candidate must also coordinate cross-functionally and communicate effectively while following company policies and quality standards.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and solutions.\nReview and analyze customer requirements to determine which product will be the best fit.\nCreate customer proposals in compliance with company standards and contract language.\nPrepare configurations, equipment lists, clarifications and exceptions in response to customer requests for use by other departments.\nAct as the customer contact regarding quotations, technical information, pricing, scheduling and shipping.\nCoordinate expediting activities with other departments to assure accuracy in pricing, delivery and invoicing.\nEnter orders into the system for customers.\nMake pricing decisions based on previous standards regularly.\nInteract effectively with all levels of employees within the company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers.\nComply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the company.\nFollow quality assurance policies and other work instructions.\nAssist with special projects and other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Sales Manager.\nRequired Education and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).\nMinimum one year of relevant work experience (Inside or technical sales preferred).\nAbility to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English is required.\nStrong interpersonal skills with listening, consultative and problem-solving skills. \nProficient in MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint. \nExperience with QuickBooks Desktop or other.\nCan handle complex projects and tasks independently within established standards. \nAble to handle multiple responsibilities at a time and be self-motivated and proactive. \nThrives in a team environment with an appreciation of aggressive goals.\nPossesses a Typing speed of 50 WPM or faster.\nAble to work M-F 8:15am-5pm\nPhysical and Technical Environment:\nMinimal lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.\nMust be able to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend and stoop in a normal office environment.\nAbility to routinely travel throughout multi-floor office and shop area, walking, climbing stairs, utilizing elevator.\nClean and orderly manufacturing environment and/or normal office conditions, changing deadlines and project requirements, strict time constraints.\n Benefits\n401K\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program\nTuition Reimbursement\nCareer Development Opportunities\nTraining Opportunities\nPaid Holidays\nMedical, Dental and Vision Benefit Plans\nPaid Vacation\nNote: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.
