You will lead teams, engage with senior client stakeholders, and translate complex business challenges into secure, ethical and high-impact AI/ML solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution leadership, people development and client relationship management.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML engagements, from use-case identification and solution design through development, testing, deployment and optimization.\nPartner with client leadership and key stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives, operating models and technology landscapes that AI solutions will support.\nCollaborate closely with architects, data scientists, engineers and cross-functional teams to design robust, scalable AI/ML solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients’ existing technology stacks.\nProvide technical and delivery leadership to project teams, including coaching junior team members and overseeing quality, timelines and outcomes.\nEstablish and enforce AI development and testing standards, including functional, performance, security, privacy, explainability and ethical considerations.\nStay current on emerging AI/ML tools, platforms, frameworks and regulations, and proactively assess their applicability to client engagements.\nIdentify and mitigate delivery risks, including model bias, data quality issues, security concerns and regulatory implications.\nSupport business development activities, including contributing to proposals, estimates, solution architectures and thought leadership.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable AI solutions.\nProven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging at senior client and executive levels.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent priorities, balancing delivery, people leadership and client expectations.\nA growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in AI and data-driven technologies.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.\n6+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, including leadership of project teams; prior experience in professional services or consulting is an asset.\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure and/or GCP).\nAdvanced proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.\nExperience designing and executing testing strategies for AI/ML systems, including functional, performance and model-level validation.\nSolid understanding of MLOps practices, version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nDeep understanding of AI testing methodologies, including bias and fairness testing, robustness testing, explainability and security testing.\nHands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI frameworks.\nFamiliarity with AI-specific testing and monitoring tools such as DeepChecks or similar platforms.\nExperience with API design, integration and deployment of AI-enabled services.\nExperience working with clients operating nationally and globally.\n\nWhat we offer you\nWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
