You will play a key role in shaping our market presence and helping clients address emerging AI security challenges while unlocking business value from AI adoption.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead, mentor and develop a visionary AI Security team.\nDrive recruitment, career development and capability growth.\nParticipate and pursue new AI Security opportunities.\nLead proposals, client presentations and strategic pursuits.\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders including C-level and AI Business and Operational leaders.\nDevelop and manage strategic customer relationships to support long-term growth in key accounts - lead by example\nOversee delivery of strategic engagements.\nEnsure quality, profitability, customer satisfaction and risk management.\nSupport development of new service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong leadership presence and people management capabilities with a proven track record\nStrategic relationship development and executive stakeholder engagement.\nStrong cybersecurity foundations with the ability to translate technical solutions to highlight business value.\nExcellent commercial acumen and business development skills.\nStrong communication, consulting and presentation skills.\nPassion for innovation, AI adoption and secure digital transformation.\nAbility to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving technology frontier landscape.\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, AI Security, Information Security and Technology Consulting.\nStrong cybersecurity expertise across one or more of the following: architecture, cloud, identity, governance, application security, security operations or data protection.\nMandatory AI proficiency, including AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs and AI-enabled business processes.\nDemonstrated experience leading consulting teams and complex client engagements.\nExperience in business development, pipeline growth and sales pursuits.\nProven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and trusted advisor status.\nStrong commercial and financial management skills.\nExcellent command of English (B2 preferred)\nExperience in both Cybersecurity and AI strongly preferred.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nAgentic AI Security. \nStrategic Account management experience.\nExperience presenting to C-level and senior stakeholders\nExperience with large IT & Cyber transformation projects\nThreat landscape experience\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for a leader who combines technical credibility, commercial excellence and strategic thinking.
