The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nFull stack Front end React/Angular Manager\nYour Key Responsibilities\nBeing passionate to work as part of a next generation product, ready to be agile and have innovation mindset\nImplement adopted design/development methodologies, patterns, and toolsets.\nUnderstanding business objectives and designing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.\nManaging available resources such as hardware, data, and personnel so that deadlines are met\nExploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world\nVerifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning.\nDesign and develop machine learning algorithms. \nSupport development of risk monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and early warning indicators.\nTranslate enterprise risk and compliance requirements into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.\nIntegrate data quality checks, audit trails, explainability, and model validation into solutions.\nPrepare and analyse historical data and identify patterns.\nProvide technical support for program management and business development activities including proposal writing and customer development.\nSupervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed.\nFinding available datasets online that could be used for training.\nTraining models and tuning their hyperparameters.\nAnalysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them.\nDeploying models to production.\nSkills and attributes for success\n8-12+ years of experience in Microsoft technology stack with strong exposure to enterprise-scale applications.\nProven experience in leading end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and deployment.\nExperience in Azure Web Apps development and Deployments.\nExperience in Microservices and server less architecture with service fabric, functions and API apps, service bus, message queues.\n.NET/ Web API (.NET CORE)\nMust Have - React JS/Angular JS, Next JS Frameworks\nLead frontend architecture decisions and ensure best practices in React/Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver quality features.\nOptimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.\n\nC#/.NET, GenAI prompts\nNice to Have: Cognitive services - Azure Bot Framework, NLP, NLG, Vision Services\nNice to Have: Python Basics\nHave good experience in DevOps Pipeline creations.\nAbility to architect front-end apps integrated with cloud services:\nAzure Static Web Apps.\nAzure App Services.\nAzure CDN / Front Door.\nAzure API Management.\nIdentity integration (Azure AD, OAuth2, OIDC).\nWorking with serverless backends (Azure Functions).\n\nGood understanding of Gen AI and have some hands-on in Open AI or other GPT models.\nGood Knowledge in Azure Cognitive Services\nAbility to look at the big picture\nProven experience in designing highly secured and scalable web applications on Azure cloud.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
