sets example for project managers, business analysts and others to follow\nCreate an open, honest, accountable and collaborative team environment\nSupervision Responsibilities:\nDirect reports\nWorking relationships (daily) with EY ITSD and AMS Lead\nWorking relationships (daily) with TCS AMS team\nLiaison to the Business for that Portfolio / App\nSkills and attributes for success\nApplication Development on SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry).\nDevelop, deploy, and manage applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) in both Neo and Cloud Foundry environments.\nLeverage SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Node.js/Java to build scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with SAP and non-SAP systems.\nSAP HANA Cloud and HANA 2.0 (XSC/XSA).\nDevelop and optimize complex database models, stored procedures, and views using SAP HANA Cloud and SAP HANA 2.0 (XSC and XSA environments).\nImplement advanced analytics and performance tuning on HANA DB to optimize query execution and data retrieval.\nWork with HANA Data Provisioning tools (SDI, SDA) to integrate external data sources.\nSuccessFactors Extension Applications.\nDesign and build custom extensions for SAP SuccessFactors modules using SAP BTP and SAP Cloud SDK.\nIntegrate SuccessFactors with external systems through OData APIs and SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).\nExtend and enhance functionalities of SuccessFactors using Business Rules Engine, Workflows, and UI5/Fiori applications.\nImplement and manage OAuth2, SAML, JWT, and other security protocols for BTP applications and APIs\nMaintain compliance with SAP security best practices and implement S/4HANA extensions using SAP Fiori/UI5\nRelationship management (internal & external stakeholders)\nEnd to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)\nGood business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners\nStrong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations\nGood executive presence\nAbility to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps\nGood financial and people leadership skills\nInitiates, builds and maintains productive customer relationships\nFlexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change\nBusiness Analysis experience\nBasic understanding of data modelling\nOther Requirements:\nInternational travel may be required\nFluent English speaker\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nEducation:\nA degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree; or equivalent work experience\nExperience:\n10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment\n5+ years of experience in building application extensions in SAP BTP\nSignificant experience in a customer service role and business management role\nWork experience in a professional services industry, preferred\nCertification Requirements (Good to have):\nCertification in SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Certified Professional -
