We look forward to working with you.\nRole Summary\nThe candidate will lead Talent Development and Learning for the location, ensuring strong alignment with the central TD strategy while tailoring execution to meet local business needs.\nThe role is responsible for planning and executing the deployment and delivery of all learning initiatives in line with organizational and talent objectives for the location. This includes driving effective adoption, engagement, and measurable impact of learning programs.\nThe incumbent will work closely with Service Line leaders, learning champions, business teams, and Talent functions to embed a culture of continuous learning.\nYour key responsibilities\nEnsure alignment of the location’s Talent Development approach with the central TD strategy and drive effective deployment of learning initiatives.\nManage learning deployment across levels with a strong focus on adoption, business relevance, and measurable impact.\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of the learning plan for the service line, including Needs analysis Skill-building interventions and assessments, Learning solution design, Program calendar deployment Monitoring learning progress and effectiveness.\nLeverage internal learning platforms and technology to enhance learning reach, engagement, and tracking.\nProviding insightful business inputs to the developing and designing of learning programs - classroom, e-learning or a blended learning approach in a professional services organization.\nBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and team members to drive learning effectiveness.\nSkills and attributes for success\nHave strong working knowledge and experience in Learning and Development field, with a minimum of 8 years in the domain\nUnderstanding business and Service Line priorities (Business Acumen)\nLearning optimization, strategy and articulating learning value to business\nPossess strong and demonstrable communication, presentation and consulting skills and be able to handle multiple audiences\nScheduling, deploying and operationalizing initiatives\nStand-up facilitation experience of at least 6 years\nProgram management skills\nKnowledge management\nBeing digitally fluent - navigate through MS-office tools/other relevant platforms and technology\nProgram Management of Large-Scale Learning deployments\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nGraduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable\nMust have 8+ years’ experience in the domain\nHR/L&D/ISTD/ASTD/CELTA/DELTA certified; PM certification will be helpful/Degree/diploma/competency assessments centres\nExperience in leading and managing multiple projects and learning activities effectively\nHave strong working knowledge and experience in Learning and Development field\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nUnderstanding of fundamentals in Instructional Design\nKnowledge of industry trends in the learning space\nExperience working in a consulting organization or in a similar professional services environment\nExperience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial\nStrong relationship management and stakeholder management skills\nWhat we look for\nA self-starter and independent thinker\nAgile and curious to be creative and solution oriented \nCompelling Executive Presence\nCollaborative mindset and openness to working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment\nAbility to look at the big picture and think out of the box\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
