You’ll be transforming businesses, one idea at a time.\nAs a Cloud & Platform Engineer in EY’s Technology Consulting team, you’ll play a key role in designing, securing, and automating cloud-native solutions. You’ll collaborate with architects, developers, and cybersecurity specialists to embed security into every phase of the software development lifecycle, while building the foundation to grow into a strategic IT architect.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions using platforms like AWS or Azure, supporting infrastructure modernization and automation efforts.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines that integrate security controls, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure compliance with secure development practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture goals.\nEmbed security into every stage of the development lifecycle, performing code analysis, vulnerability assessments, and threat modelling across cloud-native and containerized applications.\nSupport Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, enabling repeatable and auditable infrastructure deployments.\nDocument architecture decisions and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.\nConduct internal training and onboarding sessions to promote secure coding practices and DevSecOps culture within delivery teams.\nStay current with cloud, security, and DevOps trends, applying insights to continuously improve system resilience, automation, and strategic alignment.\nSkills and Attributes for Success:\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and assess system-wide impacts.\nStrong communication skills, capable of translating technical risks into business impacts, communicate to diverse audiences and documenting solutions clearly.\nExperience working in agile or DevOps environments with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).\nCollaborative and proactive, eager to work across teams\nGrowth-oriented, with a passion for learning new technologies, receiving feedback, and applying knowledge to real-world challenges.\nTo quality for the role you must have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.\nHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools.\nFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and version control tools (e.g., Git).\nProficient in the full DevSecOps pipeline tools, including:Collaboration: Jira | Redmine\nSource Code Management: GiTea | Github\nCI Automation: Azure Pipeline | Bamboo\nBuild Agent: Azure Pipelines\nSAST: Sonarqube | Fortify\nDAST: BurpSuite\nBrowser / Device Testing: BrowserStack\nNetwork VA: Nessus\nAutomated Testing: Selenium | Katalon\nPerformance Testing: Blazemeter | JMeter | StressStimulus\nRepository Manager: Nexus repository | Whitesource\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
