success metrics.\nDevelop detailed project plans and monitor progress against objectives.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.\nCoordinate internal and client teams to achieve project goals.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and recommending practical solutions.\nFacilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.\nConsulting & Transformation\nAnalyze business processes, operating models, and organizational structures.\nLead assessments and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.\nSupport business transformation, process optimization, operating model redesign, and change initiatives.\nDrive solution design and implementation in collaboration with client teams.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor consultants and project team members.\nFoster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.\nAllocate resources effectively and support team development.\nBusiness Development\nContribute to proposal preparation and business development activities.\nIdentify opportunities for additional services within existing client engagements.\nSupport the development of thought leadership and market insights.\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.\nMBA is considered an advantage.\nExperience\n5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, project management, or a related field.\nProven experience leading complex projects and client engagements.\nTrack record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nSkills\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking.\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience working in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint,
