Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nDiscipline BMC-Technology Enablement\nRole Type UAT tester\nRole Rank 66 | Associate\nCurrent Rank CS\nThe opportunity\nWe are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for user acceptance testing of various Marketing technology products used within BMC\nYour key responsibilities\nUAT testing of various Marketing technology products - Web, social, eMarketiong & mobile\nWrite and execute test cases and scripts\nTroubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.\nExperience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.\nManage stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews\nTrack work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments\nSkills and attributes for success\nWorking knowledge of Enterprise CMS (AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS) Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.\nExperience of end-to-end marketing technology platforms i.e. email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems.\nShould be comfortable in a global and virtual teaming environment, should be excellent in both written and verbal communication with stakeholders across geography. (Clients are from UK)\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nWorking knowledge of Enterprise CMS (Unily, AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS)\nExperience of end to end Marketing technology products/platforms i.e. email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems.\nExperience with QA and user experience testing process, methodologies and tools.\nExperience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.\nProven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines, and deliver a quality product.\nAbility to troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.\nExperience managing stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews\nExperience with tracking work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments\nStrong marketing technology background\nExcellent written and verbal communication.
