Owns the integration of AI/ML components into the larger solution, focusing on high user impact.\nYour key responsibilities\nSolves complex and escalated aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting\nProvides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions and emerging technologies\nDevelops strong working relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams\nProvides leadership ensuring expectations, structures and tools are in place to deliver the project\nDrives consistency to processes, procedures, standards and technical design\nSkills and attributes for success\nAdvanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging production-grade AI/ML solutions\nAdvanced knowledge of Python, C#, or R\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nMore than 10 years applied experience\nUp-to-date in latest AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic platforms and MLOps\nStrong understanding of LLMs and advanced prompt engineering\nSignificant experience in AI/ML engineering roles\nExperience delivering AI engineering solutions and handling user requirements\nCI/CD delivery using GitHub or ADO\nProficiency in fine-tuning language models\nExperience developing production-grade RAG systems\nKnowledge of embedding models and NLP similarity/search systems\nFamiliarity with designing agentic systems\nAbility to design evaluation frameworks including A/B testing and benchmarking\nIdeally, you’ll also\nMicrosoft/Google/AWS certificates\nExperience with Kubernetes and Docker\nExperience delivering using modern methodologies\nWhat we look for\nA self-starter, independent thinker, curious and creative with ambition and passion.\nWhat we offer\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
