Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nNitro: AI Engineer\nThe selected candidate\nProvides technical leadership in the development and deployment of generative AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices\nArchitects and oversees the design of scalable data and machine learning pipelines, ensuring robust, efficient, and secure integration of AI models into production environments\nLeads cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, driving project timelines, resource allocation, and delivering impactful AI-driven products and solutions\nChampions innovation by staying ahead of the latest advancements in AI, guiding the strategic direction of AI initiatives, and mentoring team members to elevate the organization’s data science capabilities\nYour key responsibilities include\nManaging the delivery of data science insights using a range of tools and methods to create cognitive services involving complex algorithms, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods\nDeveloping new sophisticated algorithms and improving existing machine learning techniques\nDemonstrating ability to make business recommendations based on the data that drive better business decisions\nCollaborating with relevant business areas to identify new projects and opportunities, understanding their requirements, setting success criteria and ensuring delivery\nPossibly leading medium sized projects or training / mentoring junior team member\nSkills and attributes for success\n12+ years’ experience in machine learning, data mining, predictive modeling, statistical modeling, large scale data acquisition, transformation, and cleaning, both structured and unstructured data\nProficiency with data wrangling, visualization, and modeling in Python\nExperience in ML/NLP algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning.\nIn-depth knowledge of deep learning methods, including recurrent neural networks, long short-term memory (LSTM) networks, recursive neural networks, autoencoders etc.\nExperience in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., sci-kit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, MXNet, PyTorch, MLlib)\nExperience with Hugging Face Transformers and other open-source NLP/NLG modules\nExperience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.\nStrong programming skills in Python\nKnowledge of containerization platforms like Docker is a plus.\nBonus if you have experience with Git and modern software development workflow.\nNon-Technical Skills:\nProven track record of leading and collaborating on strategic initiatives for at least the last 2-3 years.\nStrong team and business communication skills - can walk through and approach with technical clients or explain tricky concepts to non-technical people\nAbility to collaborate with people at all levels and with multi-office or regional teams.\nMust thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently.
