Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nEmerging Tech Technical Lead (AWS)\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nExcellent academic background, including at a minimum a bachelor/master’s degree in, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field with strong quantitative focus.\n6+ years of working experience with particular focus on the following:\nCloud & Platform Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with: AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions)\n\nSolid understanding ofcloud-native architecture principles\nProgramming\nProficiency in:Python\n Node.js(Preferred)\n\nExperience building RESTful / event-driven APIs and backend services\nEvent-Driven Architecture\nExperience with: Kafka\nKafka alternatives (e.g., AWS EventBridge, SNS/SQS, Azure Event Hub, RabbitMQ, etc.)\n\nStrong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns in distributed ecosystem\nContainers & Orchestration\nHands-on experience with: Docker\nKubernetes (EKS/AKS)\n\nFull Stack Development\nExperience building end-to-end applications, including:Backend services\nAPI design\nIntegration layers\n\nModel Lifecycle & Orchestration\nDeploy, fine-tune, and orchestrate foundation models and LLMs using services like Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock. Design agentic workflows and multi-step AI processes\n\nExperience building end-to-end applications, including:Backend services\nAPI design\nIntegration layers\n\nPerformance Optimization\nProven experience in:Application performance tuning\nLoad handling and scalability improvements\nIdentifying and resolving bottlenecks in distributed systems\n\nGood to have\nExperience with microservices architecture\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (practical exposure, not purely DevOps-focused)\nKnowledge of observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing)\nUnderstanding of security best practices in cloud applications\nExposure to frontend frameworks like React JS is a plus (but not mandatory)\nSoftSkills\nStrong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in English for both technical and business audiences.\nStrong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.\nAbility to work under tight timelines for multiple project deliveries.\nAbility/flexibility to travel and work abroad for international projects.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nDesign and buildscalable, resilient cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure services\nDevelop and maintain end-to-end full stack solutions (backend, APIs, integrations, and cloud services)\nImplement event-driven systems using Kafka and related messaging/event streaming technologies\nBuild and manage microservices using containers (Docker) and orchestration platforms\nDevelop serverless applications using:AWSLambda, Step Functions\nNode JS /Python\n\nWork with
