The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI frameworks combined with excellentstakeholder management skills\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design & Development:Develop and implement solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL\nEnsure system design aligns with business requirements and scalability needs\n\nStakeholder Management:Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders\n\nQuality & Delivery:Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes\nEnsure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality\n\n Domain Expertise:Develop and maintain accurate short and long range pharma forecasts using analytical methods, historical trends, and cross functional inputs\nPartner with global and regional teams (marketing, finance, market access) to gather requirements and deliver insights, presentations, and concept notes\nPerform business analysis, sensitivity modeling, and data management while leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and basic Python for automation\nProvide strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and opportunities, continuously optimizing pharmaceutical forecasting processes\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field\n4+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI Preferred)\nProven experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS\nAI governance and guardrails development\nWorking with internal AI tools and platforms\nAI development lifecycle practices\nTool design for AI agents\nStrong understanding of database design and optimization\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with containerization (Docker,
