You'll be responsible for developing and executing winning pursuit strategies, mobilising multidisciplinary teams, shaping commercial solutions and positioning EY’s strongest value proposition to clients. Please speak with us about potential options.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead the design, development and execution of complex strategic pursuits, driving winning outcomes through strong deal strategy, commercial insight and stakeholder engagement.\nCoach and mobilise high-performing pursuit teams, ensuring resources, capabilities and expertise are aligned to maximise the opportunity to win.\nEngage with senior EY leadership and client stakeholders to shape solutions, negotiate commercial outcomes and drive pursuit momentum from opportunity identification through to contract close.\nSkills and attributes for success\nExtensive experience leading large, strategic and commercially complex pursuits within professional services, consulting, audit, business transformation or strategic sourcing environments.\nStrong commercial acumen across pursuit strategy, deal economics, pricing, negotiation and value proposition development.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, clients and pursuit teams in complex environments.\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary teams through end-to-end pursuit lifecycles, from qualification and solution development through to contract close\nOutstanding communication, coaching and leadership capabilities with the ability to build momentum and alignment across diverse teams.\nIdeally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
