With our extensive network of industry experts working across four service lines, EY is uniquely positioned as a leader in helping our clients capitalize on increasing customer and data-centric digital transformation strategies.\nThis job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.\nYour key responsibilities:\nEY is looking for a Developer/ Technical Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across Sales and Customer Service and Customer Insights Journey & Data, Contact Center, Field Service, Project Ops. This experienced consulting position will cover all phases of an CRM solution life cycle from initial planning and design through implementation and user adoption. Responsibilities of this position include the following:\n1. Solution Architecture & Delivery\nOwn end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse technical architecture, including solution design, extensibility patterns, solution segmentation, configuration vs. customization decisions, and technical debt management.\nLead enterprise-scale delivery from discovery, estimation, and architecture design through build, testing, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and production support.\nDefine technical architecture deliverables, standards, and governance processes, ensuring solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.\n2. Integration, Data & ALM Architecture\nDesign and govern enterprise integration architectures leveraging Azure Integration Services, APIs, event-driven patterns, and third-party integrations.\nLead data architecture activities including data modelling, migration strategy, data quality, and integration design.\nDefine and enforce Azure DevOps and ALM strategies, including environment management, solution segmentation, source control, branching models, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.\n3. Security, Compliance & Enterprise Governance\nOwn security, privacy, and compliance architecture across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure solutions.\nDefine governance for D365 CE security models, Entra ID integration, DLP policies, access controls, data protection, auditability, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nEnsure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, resiliency, observability, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.\n4. Technical Leadership & Team Development\nLead technical workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and technical discovery activities with clients and project teams.\nManage and mentor developers and consultants, providing technical direction, code review oversight, architectural guidance, and career development support.\nCommunicate technical risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n5. Quality Assurance & Release Readiness\nOwn technical quality strategy, release readiness, architecture reviews, code quality standards, and testing approaches across delivery workstreams.\nEstablish quality gates for build validation, deployment readiness, performance testing, volume testing, and production releases.\nProvide technical leadership during cutover, hypercare, and production support activities.\n6. Innovation, AI & Practice Development\nStay current with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Release Waves, Copilot, and emerging AI capabilities, assessing their impact on client solutions.\nDrive innovation through reusable architectures, accelerators, reference implementations, AI-powered solutions, and practice assets.\nSupport pursuits, solutioning, estimations, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposal development while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the practice.\nSkills and attributes for success\n+2 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including Technical Lead or Technical Architect responsibilities on enterprise implementations.\nDeep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, and ALM.\nStrong experience with Dataverse design, D365 CE security architecture, Entra ID, DLP policies, integration patterns, data modelling, and migration strategies.\nProven ability to lead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions, solution design activities, and development teams.\nExperience delivering full project lifecycles including estimation, architecture, build governance, testing, release management, deployment, and support.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, problem-solving, and risk management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to explain technical concepts and architecture decisions to both technical and business audiences.\nPassion for innovation, AI, Copilot, and continuous improvement within enterprise D365 CE environments.\nWhat we offer you\nWe offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
