/ Senior Manager\nThe Opportunity\nAs a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in leading enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform.\nYou will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to shape CRM strategies, define solution roadmaps, architect scalable enterprise solutions, and ensure successful delivery across complex business environments.\nThis is a highly visible leadership position within our Consulting practice, providing the opportunity to drive transformative client engagements, influence digital transformation programs, and develop market-leading CRM capabilities.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nYou will collaborate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues to deliver innovative CRM solutions and enterprise transformation programs, including:\nLead end-to-end design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across complex enterprise programs.\nArchitect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.\nDefine and govern CRM architecture standards, implementation best practices, and quality frameworks.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to define CRM vision, digital roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.\nProvide technical leadership across multiple projects and workstreams while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.\nOversee CRM application design, integrations, data migration strategies, and enterprise architecture alignment.\nMentor technical teams and solution consultants while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.\nSupport pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimations, proposal development, client presentations, and demonstrations.\nIdentify and drive business development opportunities, including account expansion, pipeline growth, and cross-selling of CRM and related Microsoft solutions.\nBuild and maintain strong executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in CRM transformation programs.\nDrive proactive risk management, issue resolution, governance, and stakeholder communications throughout engagements.\nSupport decision-making, resource management, delivery governance, and team leadership activities.\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following:\nStrong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, and Omnichannel capabilities).\nDeep understanding of CRM architecture, solution design, customization, configuration, and extensibility.\nExtensive hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.\nStrong experience in systems integration, data migration, API design, and enterprise architecture.\nProven ability to lead large-scale programs and manage distributed delivery teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nExperience balancing business priorities, technical excellence, and commercial objectives.\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern software delivery methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on scalability, performance, and business value realization.\nStrong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.\nRequired Experience\nMust Have\nMinimum 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or consulting environments.\nMinimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.\nMinimum 5+ years serving as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or equivalent leadership role.\nProven experience leading at least 3 large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.\nDemonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nExperience delivering multi-country, multi-business-unit,
