You’ll contribute to the development of impactful creative output across integrated campaigns, bringing strong motion craft, storytelling skills, and attention to detail. Working closely with a talented team of creative experts, through engaging motion design, you will bring to life creative concepts across a range of industries-including financial services, consumer markets, manufacturing, and government.\nBe part of a global network shaping the future of brand experience and creativity in business and technology-both in Greece and beyond.\nYour key responsibilities\nAs a Motion Designer, you'll contribute to the creation of high-quality motion content, ensuring consistency and compelling craft across deliverables. Working closely with designers, copywriters, and social media specialists, you will develop engaging motion assets that enhance storytelling and elevate the overall creative output.\nAlso, you will:\nCreate motion assets for integrated campaigns, including social, digital, and branded content.\nProduce animations and video content based on creative briefs and design direction.\nCollaborate with designers and creatives to ensure visual consistency across deliverables.\nAdapt and optimize content across formats, platforms, and channels.\nStay up to date with motion, video, and content trends, applying new techniques in your work.\nEnsure high standards of quality, attention to detail, and timely delivery across all outputs.\nSkills and attributes for success:\n3-5 years of experience in motion design, ideally within an agency or creative environment.\nStrong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video work across digital channels.\nProficiency in motion and video tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).\nStrong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and visual composition.\nAbility to translate creative direction into clear and engaging motion outputs.\nExperience working within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nAdvanced communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and non-creative teams.\nFluency in English.\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\nExperience using AI-driven tools in motion and content production workflows.\nStrong video editing and sound design skills.\nFamiliarity with social-first content and platform-specific formats (e.g. short-form video).\nExperience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across assets.\nWhat we look for:\nWhat’s most important is your dedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.\nYou’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, high-level motivation, and a passion for rapid development in a multinational working environment.\nYou’ll need to thrive in picking up new skills and talents as you go, so natural curiosity, a lot of questions, and the confidence to speak up when you see something that could be improved are essential.
