Our teamsare united by shared values and a strong commitmentto delivering exceptional client service.\nAccountant - Full-Time\n(m/f)\nYour responsibilities:\n\nEnter supplier invoices and credit note details into the internal database for approval and recording in the accounting system (SAP).\nMonitor and reconcile supplier transactions and account balances.\nReview employee expense claims in accordance with best practices and applicable local expense policies.\nEscalate significant issues to the Statutory Accounting Manager in a timely manner.\nProcess employee expenses claim in SAP Concur.\nPrepare employee expense payment files.\nEnsure employee expenses are paid on a bi-weekly basis and withhold payments where expense reports do not comply with internal policies or legal requirements.\nProactively ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system within the required deadlines.\nManage payments through the Multiline tool and reconcile them with the accounting system.\nAssist the Statutory Accounting Manager and Financial Controllers with monthly and year-end closing activities.\nContribute to ad hoc statutory accounting working groups.\nProactively identify and reportpotential issues.\nYour profile:\nHold a bachelor’sdegree, IEP, Bac +3, or equivalent highereducation qualification in accounting.\nDemonstrate proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications,including Word, Excel and Outlook.\nPossess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.\nShow strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nBe fluentin English and French;
