You’ll work with diverse teams and cutting-edge technology to deliver strategic value and innovation.\nThis job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.\nYour key responsibilities\nCollaborate with clients to identify high-value opportunities for generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled application modernization.\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and modern application frameworks.\nBuild prototypes and proofs of concept, then help evolve successful solutions into secure, scalable production implementations.\nIntegrate hosted and open-weight models into enterprise applications, business processes, data sources, APIs, and development workflows.\nDesign and deploy open-weight models within client-controlled environments, including on-premises infrastructure equipped with NVIDIA GPUs.\nUse AI tools to review legacy applications, identify cyber-attack risks, and recommend mitigation strategies\nCollaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate technical solutions into strategic outcomes\nParticipate in client-facing engagements, workshops, and presentations\nDeliver value realization and strategy work, ensuring clients achieve measurable benefits from modernization effort\nSkills and attributes for success\n1-5 years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, application development, technology consulting, or related delivery roles, including relevant co-op or internship experience.\nDiploma or degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, business technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong software-development fundamentals and experience building or integrating enterprise applications.\nHands-on programming experience with one or more of:Python\nJavaScript or TypeScript\nJava\nC# and .NET\n\nExperience with AI-driven application development and modernization\nExperience working with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code, APIs, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Model Context Protocol clients, servers, tools, resources, and secure integration patterns.\nExperience integrating frontier models and managed AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or comparable platforms.\nExperience deploying or operating open-weight models such as Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Nemotron, or comparable model families.\nExperience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes or another container-orchestration platform.\nAbility to analyze legacy systems for security vulnerabilities using AI\nExperience managing teams of 2-3 resources for project delivery.\nStrong communicator with experience presenting technology strategy to clients\nStrategic mindset with a focus on value delivery\nEligible for federal government security clearance\nIdeally, you’ll also\nHold a degree in computer science, or a joint degree in computer science and business\nHave completed multiple internships in the technology sector, with hands-on experience in application development\nDemonstrate experience working in client-facing roles and supporting presentations\nWhat we look for\nWe’re seeking candidates who combine technical expertise with business acumen, and who are passionate about using AI to solve complex challenges.
