This role serves as a trusted advisor to account leadership teams, helping clients address complex cyber risks while identifying opportunities to expand EY Cyber services.\nThe individual will work closely with client-serving partners, account teams, solution architects, managed service leaders, and global cybersecurity practices to develop differentiated solutions, support pursuits, and position EY as the preferred cyber transformation advisor.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCyber Solution Development - Cyber Defense & Fraud\nLead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client business objectives and risk priorities.\nDesign innovative offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud\nLead development of repeatable service offerings, solution accelerators, and implementation frameworks.\nCollaborate with sector cyber teams to bring leading practices and emerging capabilities into client solutions.\nDevelop operating models, service catalogs, staffing plans, implementation roadmaps, and target-state architectures.\nIncorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities into cybersecurity solutions.\nAccount Field of Play Support\nServe as the cyber domain lead for strategic accounts across the insurance sector.\nSupport account teams in identifying, qualifying, and shaping cybersecurity opportunities.\nDevelop account growth strategies and opportunity roadmaps.\nBuild trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CIO and CISO.\nDrive executive-level discussions around cybersecurity transformation and business risk.\nMaintain account intelligence on client priorities, operating models, technology landscape, and cyber maturity.\nPursuit & Proposal Management\nLead cybersecurity proposal development for strategic opportunities for Cyber Defense & Fraud.\nDevelop pursuit materials including executive presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), business cases, cost estimates, transformation roadmaps and managed service solutions\nPresent solutions during client workshops, orals, and executive sessions.\nSupport contract negotiations and commercial discussions.\nManage pipeline forecasting and reporting for cyber opportunities.\nClient Advisory & Transformation Leadership\nServe as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity strategy and transformation initiatives.\nConduct assessments of cyber operating models, capabilities, and organizational structures.\nAdvise clients on cyber investment prioritization, service optimization, managed service adoption, workforce transformation and risk reduction strategies\nAlign cybersecurity programs with regulatory and industry requirements.\nMarket & Practice Development\nContribute to development of new EY cyber offerings and go-to-market solutions for Cyber Defense & Fraud.\nSupport thought leadership, client roundtables, and industry events.\nMentor managers, consultants, and solution architects.\nShare reusable assets, methodologies, and market insights for Cyber Defense & Fraud across the cyber practice.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\nExperience\n10-15+ years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or industry experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.\nProven success supporting sales pursuits and account growth.\nExperience developing cybersecurity business cases, roadmaps, and operating models.\nStrong understanding of managed security services and security operations.\nExperience working directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders.\nPreferred Certifications\nCISSP\nCISM\nCCSP\nAWS/Azure/GCP Security Certifications\nKey Competencies\nLeadership\nExecutive presence and influence\nStrategic thinking\nTeam leadership and coaching\nStakeholder management\nBusiness Development\nOpportunity identification\nSolution commercialization\nProposal development\nAccount growth planning\nRevenue management\nTechnical Expertise\nCybersecurity architecture\nCyber operating models\nSecurity services transformation\nCloud and emerging technology security\nAI-enabled cybersecurity solutions\nConsulting Skills\nExecutive communication\nWorkshop facilitation\nProblem solving\nStorytelling and presentation development\nFinancial and business case analysis\nPerformance Expectations\nThe successful SM2 will:\nDrive significant cyber pipeline growth within strategic insurance sector accounts.\nLead development of differentiated cybersecurity solutions for Cyber Defense & Fraud.\nEstablish trusted advisor relationships with client executives at insurance sector accounts.\nAchieve revenue and sales targets aligned to account plans.\nSuccessfully support major pursuits and proposal efforts.\nEnhance EY's market position through innovative cyber offerings and thought leadership.\nTypical Success Metrics\nCyber pipeline created and influenced\nRevenue sold and delivered\nProposal win rate\nExecutive stakeholder relationships established\nCross-service line collaboration effectiveness\nReusable solution assets developed\nTeam development and mentorship contributions\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we harness our collective strength to empower you to shape your future with confidence through professional growth, personal fulfillment and an inclusive culture. The base salary range for this job is: \nNew York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $204,800 to $425,500\nBay Area California offices - $213,300 to $443,200\nAll other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $170,600 to $390,000 \n\nIndividual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
