productivity and quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nFull Stack Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python for backend development.\nBuild responsive, high-performance front-end applications using Angular and/or react.\nDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.\nWrite clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nEnsure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.\nBackend & API Development\nDevelop backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django.\nDesign and optimize database schemas and queries.\nImplement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error handling.\nWork with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.\nFrontend Development\nDevelop modern user interfaces using Angular and React.\nConvert business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional applications.\nManage state, routing, API integration, and reusable components.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.\nDocker & DevOps\nContainerize applications using Docker.\nManage multi-container environments using Docker Compose.\nSupport CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.\nWork with environment configuration, secrets management, and application deployment workflows.\nTroubleshoot containerized applications across development, staging, and production environments.\nCloud & Architecture\nDesign and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nParticipate in cloud architecture planning, including scalability, availability, and cost optimization.\nDesign microservices or modular application architectures where appropriate.\nEvaluate technical solutions and recommend best-fit technologies.\nEnsure systems follow security, compliance, and performance best practices.\nAI Technologies in Development\nBe well-versed with the usage of AI technologies in the field of software development.\nUse AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, debugging, code review support, documentation, testing, and productivity improvement.\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI-enabled tools to optimize development workflows, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.\nMaintain awareness of AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices when using AI tools in development activities.\nLeadership & Planning\nLead technical discussions and guide development teams.\nCollaborate with product owners, project managers, business stakeholders, and QA teams.\nBreak down requirements into technical tasks and delivery plans.\nProvide estimates, identify risks, and support sprint/release planning.\nMentor junior developers and review code for quality and best practices.\nDrive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering standards.\nPromote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies within the development team.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong experience as a Full Stack Developer or Senior Software Developer.\nProficiency in Python backend development.\nHands-on experience with Angular and/or react.\nStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs.\nPractical experience with Docker and Docker Compose.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nShould be well-versed with AI technologies usage in the field of development, including AI-assisted coding,\ndebugging, testing, documentation, code review support, and workflow optimization.\nGood understanding of software architecture and design patterns.\nExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.\nExperience in leading teams, planning tasks, and managing technical deliverables.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with microservices architecture.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.\nExperience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.\nKnowledge of cloud-native services, serverless functions, storage, and monitoring tools.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum development practices.\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices and application security.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks.\nExperience using AI-enabled development tools and platforms to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, documentation, and solution design.\nExposure to system design, technical documentation, and solution
