You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to client delivery, solution development and business development activities in a fast-paced professional services environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, test and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or AngularJS.\nDevelop robust backend services, APIs and integrations using technologies such as .NET and Node.js.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs, reusable components and high-quality software.\nApply sound software engineering practices, including clean coding, code reviews, source control, automated testing, documentation and secure development.\nDiagnose and resolve application, integration, performance and production issues across the technology stack.\nWork with architects, designers, engineers, product owners and client stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and to agreed quality standards.\nContribute to Agile delivery activities, including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations and retrospectives.\nSupport DevOps practices by contributing to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, automated deployments, environment management, monitoring and operational readiness.\nProvide technical guidance to junior team members and support team capability development through knowledge sharing and coaching.\nSupport business development activities, including proposal preparation, solutioning, effort estimation, client presentations, demonstrations and development of reusable assets.\nTo qualify for the role, you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in full stack software development, preferably within consulting, professional services or a client-facing delivery environment\nHands-on familiarity with one or more frontend technologies, including React.js, Next.js, Vue.js and AngularJS.\nHands-on familiarity with backend development using .NET and/or Node.js, including API design and system integration.\nGood understanding of software development principles, object-oriented or functional programming concepts, data structures, design patterns and application architecture.\nFamiliarity with relational or non-relational databases, version control and modern testing approaches.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, automated testing, containerisation, cloud environments, monitoring and release management.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, work effectively in teams and take ownership of assigned deliverables.\nWillingness to support proposals, pursuits and other business development initiatives.\nExperience with additional frontend or backend languages and frameworks.\nExposure to public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud.\nExperience with microservices, serverless architectures, event-driven solutions, containers or orchestration platforms.\nKnowledge of secure coding, accessibility, performance optimisation and software quality practices.\nRelevant cloud, DevOps, Agile, or technology certifications are advantageous\nWhat working at EY offers\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
