The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the Test Automation team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.\nCultivate and develop client relationships to enhance engagement and foster long-term partnerships.\nIdentify opportunities for business growth by providing innovative solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.\nOversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.\nEvaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.\nMonitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.\nPlay an architect role in designing scalable and efficient automation frameworks.\nQualifications:\nGraduate/Post Graduate with strong technical background\n10- 15 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.\nProven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.\nExpertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Junit, Playwright) and frameworks.\nStrong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhat working at EY offers\nAt EY, we’re dedicated to helping our clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies - and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.\nYou get to work with inspiring and meaningful projects.
