Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nGlobal Managed Service - Identity and access Management - Staff\nThe RACF Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring the security and integrity of mainframe resources by controlling access to critical systems and data through the RACF.\nKey Requirements / Responsibilities:\nExecute access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks in RACF system.\nEnsure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures related to access management.\nGenerate reports for management, highlighting access patterns, potential risks, and compliance status\nIdentify and remediate any unauthorized access\nDevelop, execute, and debug Mainframe JOBs (JCL Programs)\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of access provisioning processes and procedures.\nStrong understanding of IAM concepts, access controls, and security best practices\nCreate and manage batch JOBs schedules in CA7\nExperience in design, develop and maintain REXX scripts for automating system tasks, file manipulations and data processing\nKnowledge on UNIX commands\nExperience in SailPoint platform, connectors and workflows for seamless provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts\nExcellent communication and collaboration skill.\nSkills and attributes for success:\n1-3 years of experience in identity and access management, with specific experience in RACF or similar IAM tools.\nExtensive experience in RACF commands on RACF groups, Human accounts and Service accounts\nExperience in Mainframe system, TSO ISPF, JCL (JOB Control Language)\nExperience working with CICS/IMS transactions\nMust be comfortable working in shifts\nUnderstanding accessibility and security compliance\nGood time management skills -
