Join our team at EY Luxembourg as an HR Talent & Mobility Intern and kickstart your career in HR!\nYour key responsibilities\nHR Mailbox & Ticketing Tool Management: Ensure the efficient operation of both the HR mailbox and HR ticketing tool by monitoring, prioritizing and processing incoming requests, responding to common inquiries, and routing requests to the appropriate teams.\nHR Inquiry Response: Provide valuable support by addressing basic HR questions from employees, contributing to a positive and informed workplace environment.\nRequest Forwarding: Collaborate with various teams by forwarding specific requests, ensuring swift and effective resolution.\nReporting and Tracker Updates: Assist in generating reports and updating trackers to maintain accurate records of HR activities and inquiries.\nDrafting Work Certificates: Help draft and issue work certificates, ensuring compliance with company policies.\nImmigration and Administrative Compliance: Contribute to the compliance of immigration processes and administrative tasks related to work permits, including preparing letters for submission to government ministries.\nSkills and attributes for success\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \nStrong interest in HR \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \nPrior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.\nDetail-oriented.\nFluency in English or French.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
