Join our team at EY Luxembourg as an HR Talent Development Intern and kickstart your career in HR!\nThe HR Talent Development Intern supports the talent development and HR function by researching, analyzing, and piloting people-development practices that enhance training strategy, learning design, and internal capability-building standards.\nPosition: HR Talent Development Intern - November 2026\nDuration: 6 months to 1-year\nWhat we look for:\nYou have an agile, growth-oriented mindset. We’re looking for people who seek out and embrace diverse perspectives, who value differences, and team inclusively to build safety and trust. \nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and manage the induction process for new joiners.\nAssist the Learning & Development team in training project deliveries\nManage the logistics of training programs (rooms, materials, attendance tracking, communication, etc.). Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.\nHandle study leave requests from employees. Process applications and coordinate submissions to the Ministry.\nSupport the administration of our LMS (SuccessFactors): Upload, update, and maintain training sessions in the system.\nAct as a project manager on specific training events\nEnsure the administrative follow-up of the training sessions\nRequired Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \nStrong interest in HR and talent Development.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nFluency in English and French.
