You will join a team of hardworking, security-focused individuals dedicated to supporting, protecting and enabling the business through innovative, secure solutions that provide speed to market and business value.\nThe opportunity\nAs an experienced Full Stack .Net Developer, within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function you will:\nLead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for small to large size projects, using strong technical capabilities with exceptional hands on experience!\nDesigns, develops and is responsible for the maintenance of solutions or infrastructure work using standard methodologies and best practices for new features or modifications to existing features and functions.\nRole is an individual contributor, though may be asked to manage project aligned teams in their collaborative efforts and provide informal mentoring/coaching to junior members of the team\nPartners and collaborates with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams, as well as external vendors such as Microsoft, as needed to understand, agree and plan the specific code modifications and enhancements vital to achieve the agreed development objectives.\nKey responsibilities\nLeads the delivery of high-quality solution or infrastructure work, setting project timelines and continuously reviewing and updating the specifications, in line with user requirements\nContributes to complex aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process\nResolves intensified production and system enhancement issues\nProvides technical expertise to improve value from current solutions, infrastructure and emerging technologies and seeks to continuously improve internal processes\nFully understand user requirements and translates requirements into design specifications\nDrives alignment to the relevant processes, procedures, standards, technical design\nCommunicates all the ongoing activities and results to business sponsors, stakeholders, and management as part of knowledge sharing and reporting\nWork and provide expertise in developing applications in N Tier, MVC, and SOA Architectures using .NET Framework 4.5+ and Visual Studio 2015 or above.\nCreates or collaborate in the creation of visual mockups, prototypes, and diagrams, as well as performs or directs testing for compatibility in order to achieve an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies\nSkills and attributes for success\nExperience in building web application with the ASP.NET framework and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)\nExperience in Power Shell scripting\nExperience in building Web services using REST, WEB API, WCF, ASMX.\nExperience in writing stored procedures and complex queries. LINQ is a plus.\nExperience in using ORM tool like Entity Framework or NHibernate.\nExperience in building UI layer using client-side frameworks like jQuery, Angular.\nKnowledge of SOLID principles and its implementation.\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap is a plus.\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills\nAble to work well in a team setting\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent work experience\n5 years of development experience using C# .NET, MVC and Web API, jQuery and angular\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nMaintains a proactive approach to learning about Identity and Access Management aligned components within Information Security (IS) such as Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and infrastructure such as the Active Directory technical environment, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)\nWhat we look for\nWe’re looking for someone who can collaborate globally with different regions and cultures.
